I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.

I think Jay-Z has legal rights to the phrase "jigger" in the same way that spike lee has the rights to the name "spike tv"

He felt that their use of that name would tarnish his own, not because he thought he owned the name.
Of course he shut up once they gave him more projects.

he felt that the name "Spike TV" would cause people to associate Spike Lee with the content of the channel - wrestling, Striperella, etc. and he claims he didn't want that to happen. He doesn't own the name "Spike"
