I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.
That's just like our Arpi... except he doesn't wave or anything. He just says mean things to you.

The republicans are geniuses. they tricked a bunch of dumb fucks into voting against their own interests in the name of "moral values". The democrats need to take notes

You think the osama tape being released so close to the election had an influence? I mentioned it in the Osama tape thread, would it hurt bush or kerry?
Would it remind people that Osama is still out there and that the man who actually did attack us has yet to be captured throughout bush's adminstration.
Or would it remind people that Kerry seemed soft on the war and just bring back that fear of being attacked by this man again and that Bush while just lacking in everything was just the crazy texan we needed to protect us.
That sided with the whole moral issue ofcourse which unfortunatly most people who actually did vote sided with Bush on his views.

I think in Ohio especially, everyone was psyched to vote to ban gay marriage and came out in droves to do it. That on top of everyone believing that bush is the savior of freedom against the evil brown people.

I gotta admit I think that was a genius move, they obviously got out there and found out what the hot issues would be. I honestly didn't think the Moral issue would trump the economy, terrorism/war, enviorment, etc. They got them on the tickets and had the final sway in the voters minds.

I don't think its too far off from reality though the accuracy ofcourse can be debated since not everyone has taken an IQ test, nor can you really prove what they scored at the time they are asked.

probably, but it makes the point easier. Much like the presidential IQ fraud.
And Kerry is just as against gay rights as Bush. And they are both 100% wrong.

Most people in the red states bought that Kerry was the most liberal senator and likes aborting babies and taking global tests so it really doesn't matter what his actual position was. And Kerry didn't support any amendment to ban gay marriage.

Kerry was actually for civil unions though he is against gay marriage and doesn't agree with it.
Bush is just so in your face about how much he's against it, he wants to put it in the constitution, his extremes are so out there that theres no way you can't know his positions wether you agree with them or not.

And Kerry didn't support any amendment to ban gay marriage. yes, and most of the people in the blue states bought that Bush wanted to raise taxes on the poor while lowering taxes on the rich, cut social security from those currently receiving it, overturn roe v Wade, and essentially kill the poor and infirmed.
People are gullible. They believe whatever they are told if they are predisposed to believe it.
