I don't understand. How come the puck didn't kill the first person who got hit? The puck actually ricochet off someone else before it hit her...really strange :crackhead:

Think about it.
Player hits the puck. Puck bounces off defenders stick into the stands. Puck bounces off some guy with a head like a bowling ball. Puck hits little girl in the temple. Quote:its the magic puck ::back, and to the left....back, and to the left::

she was able to walk out of the arena, and she was walking around the day before she died. i think it's just a coincidence, but i don't think the puck killed her. it lost speed once it bounced off the first guys head, he should have died.

Guys, getting hit in the temple is much different from getting hit in say, the side of the head, or the arm. you're much more sensitive in the temple.
Also, she may not have been that bad at first, but it could have bruised her brain, and caused massive internal bleeding in her skull.

The autopsy they did said she died from rare injury to an artery that occurred when her head snapped back from the blow of the puck. The injury let to swelling on the brain and that's what killed her

This is funny because, it didn't happen to me, it didn't happen to anyone I know, and Clint Malarchuk is coaching hockey.

Metalfan, love the magic puck line.
Face, I heard the same thing you did, I was gonna add that. The girl pinched something in her spinal cord or something like that, and died 2 days later. Sloats, sick f'n pic of Malarchuk. God, everytime I see that I shiver a little. |
