So this chink called me to complain that he was given a certain price for a service and now during the actual job he is given another one. So long story short, he had a discount coupon for being a repeat client BUT the package he got already had a discount, which he was informed of. The coupon clearly states that it can not be used in conjunction with other discounts or special offers, etc. So he's sitting there bitching over basically 20 bucks, so he is either real dumb or tried to pull a jedi gook trick on me.

He had ordered 3 services that total 470 and with a 20 dollar discount come to 450. The prices break down to 275, 75, & 120. So he is telling me that he added those numbers and it comes to 450, not 470, so with the discount it should indeed be 430, not 450. So I asked him how did he get 450 by adding 275,75 and 120? "BY UHHH ADDING THEM!!!".

So I said, 275 and 75 is 350, right?

so how can adding 120 to 350, come to 450?

UHH, HOLD ON ...... carry the 1 and 3.... YEAH 450!
