they made two mistakes.

this seems like a complex question but it's really not. until you can guarantee that the person you hire is the most qualified for the job, I believe in it.
is it fair, no but it balances out the country.IMO

i think thats bullshit.
i think buisiness owners and companies are too hypersensitive to being accused of racism so they overcompensate anyway by giving the 'minority' the upper hand in the hiring process.
