I cant stand Fridays, everytime weve gone the food has been awful & the service even worse.

Outback is where it's at!

outback is damn good but we went there a couple of weeks ago and friday's had the beef brisket so I had to try that. I haven't been to our favorite restaurant, "Jose Tejas" is a while I'm suffering from withdrawals. Anywhere you can get Fillet Mignon Fajitas for 14 bucks is the greates place on earth

Jose rules also, they make great margaritas there, and the salsa is really fuckin' tasty.

of course the food and service sucks, its a chain restaurant. the food is mostly sitting in a freezer way too long and cooked by some kid making minimum wage who most likely dropped it on the floor before cooking it. i eat at chains now and then but avoid it if i can. theres plenty of good places around here thankfully.

It's on 46 west in fairfield, NJ....right past willowbrook mall on 4, you'll see a great big EAT sign, it's in that complex, if you see houlihan's you went too far.

Oh and I'm looking into purchasing some bison steaks, anybody know where I can get some in Jersey....does whole foods carry them?

why not just buy them online from Omaha?

from what I see Omaha doesn't sell bison and other sites that do offer it for want $17.99 a pound for it. Wild Oats wants $6.49 a pound but the closest one in jersey is in Princeton which from here is a good hour. I asked the whole foods question because I've got 2 in hoboken and 1 in edgewater I can get to in 10 minutes
