you can do it at home, like dig said. The doctor isnt as fun, cause he kinda scrapes it out, piece by piece.
the home kit may take a couple days but it all just comes out in one big plug and it is orgasmic.
the fizzing just beforehand and the tingle, it is magic, just like jays described in his transcript of my rant in the car.

im not disgusted...just facinated is all.
and no doctor has ever said anything
