I'll look into the Santa Cruz card, it was mentined in PC Gamer recently too.

I'm also gonna go with the Radeon 9700 card, but should I get the pro or non-pro?

You're also gay.
I hold the dubious honor of being the only person never modded who has also never been to a party who in the past had a shared account with a vegetable reference that has had consensual sex with a woman who wasn't from the board that also knows what >) means and remembers the end of the golden age.

Quote:64 MB DDR Nvidia GeForce4MX - I plan on changing this right away, to either the Ti4200/4600

Don't waste the $... I had the 64 mb mx440 and "upgraded" to the 128 mb ti4800 ...Waste of fucking money is all it was. theres no noticeable difference in anything. games, movies, pictures. the 64 mb one was fine.

these cards are somewhat slow as compared to the games I'm planning on playing in the near future - the Radeon 9700 will keep me well within the range I'd like to be - and I picked it up today for $259.00 (boxed retail - I love PC Shows) - it's the Pro version, but not the All-In-Wonder card 'cause i really don't need the TV in and out shit. Now I just gotta wait 'till the machine gets here :5:
