yeah. This is so much better than buying the basic version for $200 and using those cheap IR blasters.

No. You can order a little unit that you place in front of your vcr or cable box's eye. Then through the magic of the Tivo box it would change the channel for you. My friends had this setup with their webtv. They sucked because it would take forever for the channel to change.
