Comcast is fucking me

I haven't had internet access at home since friday night. The mool they sent today couldn't fix it. He said the signal was abnormally weak and they had to call a tele-line guy to check out the block's wiring. I find it hard to believe that these morons are going to start offering phone service. Good luck using them and having to call 911 one day.

Comcast has to reimburse you for significant delays/interruptions in service. You should have gotten information with your bill probably about 5 to 7 months ago.

They can't charge you for time that you went without service and they will actually owe you and/or deduct from your bill.

Keep meticulous records.
