He's talking about in the title bar of Internet Explorer.
And the answer is no. Its part of the terms and conditions of use and is hard coded in an area I cannot access. Just like the "Powered by Ikonboard 3.1.2a © 2003 Ikonboard" at the bottom of the board.

I don't know anything about those other two so I can't assume that they would or would not know what they would be doing.
