My boss was asking me if i'd be interested in getting my paralegal degree and going to work for his firm, I gave it a thought but im sticking with the nutrional science degree.

Not true, I work in litigation which requires a lot of knowledge of the court systems. Secretaries multi-task, paralegals don't. Sometimes our jobs are harder.

Now I am operations manager for his real estate operation, he is a criminal defense attorney and also a tax attorney. But he enjoys real estate a lot so he does this in his spare time, plus he also lectures at Baruch.
