I have pooped a total of 13 times in the last 2 days, it's starting to stink like all hell too.

I hope i'm not pooping out vital organs.

I'm eating a ton of fiber, it's all solid, I think it's just years of build up.

I feel so much lighter inside now, so good!

I just don't eat that much, so it's weird.
