The kid that played Rusty on Euro Vacation looks like somebody twisted his teeth crooked with plyers. Not for nuthin' though, that little doorstopper piggie girl Audrey (Rusty's sister) is probably the worst most awful looking broad I ever seen.
The casting calls or ads for that movie must have been something like: Need PIGS to, in part, play pigs.
A close runner up is Danny Noonan. He looks like i did while my adult teeth were just starting to bust out and settle in. I was like 10 years old though. That guy is scary looking.
And this is not beacuse I'm hoping to jerkoff to any of the these people. Scary looking is scary looking whether they are guy or girl.

Spalding from Caddyshack was also fucking awful looking too. Like his fat face was just lumped together and made to smile badly.

If by repulsive you mean lame-o, then Tom Cruise. I never understood his appeal. I had friends that lusted over him back in the day.. I don't like his acting much either. He was good in A Few Good Men but that's only because of Jack Nicholson.

Wilhem Dafoe, especially when he dressed in drag for Boondock Saints and looked like the female gremlin from Gremlins 2.

William Defoe is an alien looking motherfucker and so is Steve Buscemi. As far as scarred up people in general if that was the "thesis". Tony Montana's (though fake & make-up) was absolutely beautiful and sexy.
That pock & zit cratered face on that chevato Omar was another story though. That dude was scary looking up close and so was Marta the Columbian bitch with the uzi hidden under her pillow.

I'm not sure if Danny Trejo is pocked-up, or scarred-up. or just old & weather-beaten. Whatever he is he makes whatever it is look cool. I love that guy as he's like one of them secondary superheros from Superfriends. You has Superman, Batman, & o1-2 other "main" ones. Then you had Aquaman, teh Wonder twins, Green Lantern, etc.
Whatever that means uop there....if anything to anyone at all...that's what Danny Trejo is in the Real Hollywood World. He's that cool "prop" or "piece of the puzzle" that helps make the whole thing incredible.
Comprende?
