Anyone else watch this last night on PPV?
This shit is fuckin sick. Most of the matches last night weren't that great, but it still kicked ass. Its a shame that they've added so many rules to it. It used to be great when you could do ANYTHING to take the guy down.
If you missed it, there will be another UFC on in March.

Dude, last night's ppv was for the shits.
None of the big stars and the fights were rather lame. The dry humping they were involved in was sickening after a bit. Hopefuly, the next one delivers more or I am going to just skip out on it.

I kinda enjoyed it...
True...It wasn't up to par...
But...As long as I've got my Free-per-view box...
I'll keep watching!

I think part of the problem now is that the matches are so even. Look at all of these guys, they are all roughly the same size and weight. AND they are all about the same caliber. Before the matches were weighed one way or the other, which led to more exciting matches.
How about the replay of the last fight that BJ Penn had against that gook, he fucked him up in like 7 seconds!
The replays of previous fights were the best part about last nights coverage.
AND WHAT THE FUCK??? Why did the cameraman have to keep trying to film THROUGH the referee???? That got REALLY annoying quickly.

I watched that when it happened,It was a riot. Another fight that night was some big ole negro came out like some pimp, acting like a superstar..and the other dude got him up against the fence and just bodyslammed his ass and knocked him the fuck out..It was fucking beautiful.
The quote of the night last night goes to the guy that won the fight against penn. He said he was used to getting hit because his father used to beat him as a child (as his eyes welled up with tears)

UFC took a dive when they started to pander to the "powers that be". When it first started, and I was seriously in to it, there were 3 rules..... no biting, no eye gauging, and no kicking if you were wearing shoes. There were no judges, no docs or refs to stop it, it was submission or loss of consciousness. After about UFC 6 it went down hill. sure, it's still pretty cool to watch, but not worth paying for.

Kind of like your mother I see.
I hate the fact that they did all they could to pussify this great event. I want to see people cry, I want to see people get hurt. What's next, story lines?

The best shot had to be the heel of the hand kinda uppercut.

:pacman: Nope.
And Sean, its funny that you should mention storylines, because I said to my buds the other night that same thing. This looks like its going the same way wrestling did.
