This is a question for the old school wrestling fan. The WWF has a tendency to recycle themes over the years. Like Val Venis' theme is just a saxophone version of The Model Rick Martel's theme. Kurt Angle's theme is the Patriot's Theme.
William Regal's new theme sounds very familiar, and I believe that somebody from the late 80's,early 90's had that theme. Does anybody out there know?

I thought it was from when they started using the King Of The Ring actually. When they used to give out the gay assed crown and shit. Don't hold me to that though, it just seems like it. Time to dig out the tapes!
