I have been getting mp3's for my daughter but I can't stand what she listens to.

Hmmmm.... I don't know what I'm doing wrong. If I try to download a track I get this error message:

and it'll just repeat that over and over. So I forget it and close FTP Explorer and all of a sudden it downloads the selected tracks without a hitch. I always have to close the program to get it to download.
