yea but playing 82 games and then having a 1 and done system is pretty lame too. They should just cut it down to 30 like college basketball.

Yeah, I've always found the Basketball season to be too long, take the lakers for instance, they didn't give a shit the first part of the season because they knew they only needed a certain number of games, it's a cheap tactic and an insult to the teams that bust ass all year

If you look at baseball too, is there a need to play 162 games? Not really in my book. You could always shorten the season a little by not playing untill the end of april or beginning of may. I'm sure the ball players that are at shea or Yankee stadium wearing full headgear wouldn't mind? :13:

Paul Pierce is lighting up the Pacers. He had no points in the first half with only 2 shots. In the 3rd quarter alone, he's scored 26. The celts were down by 12 and now up by 9. But whats more remarkable is the fact that he's just scoreing at will. The way he's doing it, with jumpers, fadeaways, beating them off the dribble. The way he's playing, Dare I say.... Jordan-esque?
