This is a thing I have mulled over for a number of years, it was rehashed in my mind with the saved by the bell thread I started.
But it's so true, that no matter how great a movie is there is always atleast one weak link who ruins the film and upon further viewings of the movie you find yourself skipping their scenes in the film.
This also applies to TV shows as well.
Name me any movie or TV show and I will point out a weak link, if I have seen it.
My biggest quam is with Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, she is simply horrid in every film she is in. One of my most favorite films 'Scarface' is my biggest beefs with her presence. She also ruins Color Of Money and Abyss for me.
I couldn't stand Tim Roth in resevoir dogs, Talia Shire in the 1st Godfather, Ray Liotta in Goodfellas, Albert Brooks in Taxi Driver, and the list can go on and on.

Lord of the Rings: Agent Smith. Every time I see him I think, "Mr. Anderson..." He's not elven at all. Okay, he doesn't kill it, but he is horribly miscast.
Top Gun: Everyone. That movie has not aged well at all.
