this was basically the last straw and I have moved to firefox permanatly, but I'd still like this problem fixed just incase. I went to some site that permenatly resized my broswer so that it now takes up only the bottom half of my screen when maximized. I've tried removing temp files and adaware to no avail. help!

maximize the browser window, then hold the CTRL key down - then close the browser window. Reopen it, it should be full screen.
