lol my friend asked me that when we watched this last week and I was like "seriously!?" Bless her heart. Then I explained to her that it was a Pram (baby carriage) not pramalot.

yeah, it was at least 10 years (possibly more) between my first viewing of Holy Grail, and learning that a Pram was another word for baby carriage, and the light bulb finally coming on.

A pram is also a nearly flat bottom small boat used in the 1800's to cross rivers. It was propelled by a stick not unlike the one show in the first LOTR movie.
