Hey folks.

Just wanted to drop in and let you know that our mobile site launched today. On your mobile device, just go to http://www.freebeerandhotwings.com/mobile and log in to your VIP account. Once logged in, you'll be able to listen to the most recent audio from the show.

For those that have wanted a solution for downloading the podcast directly to your mobile device, this solves it. Once logged in to the site, just select the "Podcasting" link and it'll give you the links to drop in to your mobile RSS reader. I have an iPhone and use the "RSS Player Podcast Client" app, which allows you to either download the podcast directly to your phone, or just stream it.

I'm not very familiar with the RSS reader availability for the Blackberry, Droid, or any other devices, but I'd imagine you'll be able to find something comparable.

Show Video Buffering

Lately I've noticed problems when trying to watch show videos (i.e. Joe Stunts and stuff shot/uploaded by FBHW). The videos don't want to buffer properly.

In the past they worked much like a Youtube video would-- I'd be able to see a buffer line fill as the video either played or was paused. For about the past week, however, that buffer line has only gone about 1/8 of the way, and then stopped all progress, regardless of how long I let the video sit.

Anybody else having this problem? Anybody have any ideas what the problem might be?

Podcast Repeats

Anyone else finding the podcast has been getting set with the wrong dates or having the same podcast repeated over a two day period lately? Just want to see if I'm the only one with this issue.

For some reason I can't get the podcast to work today. I tried reentering the url. I checked my system for connectivity and it passed. I even d/led one of the free segments to make sure my itunes was working. It's definitely not time for my subscription to expire either.

Any (potentially helpful) thoughts?

Beeping while listening Online

Anyone else download the podcast on iTunes today and all of a sudden your FBHW icon changes to a picture from the Jackie and Jimmy show? Now when I turn on my ipod I've got this Jimmy kid's face staring back at me on the screen. I don't need this jackass on my comp or ipod, any idea how to change that pic?

Podcasting on iPod Touch

Just wondering if anyone is able to download the podcast to the native iTunes App on the iPod touch (downloading to iTunes on my PC works fine, just not directly to the iPod over WiFi). I was getting it, but when they did something for security so that people couldn't steal the podcast, it stopped receiving new podcasts. I think the last date that I was able to get was June 9, 2009. I downloaded a separate podcasting app, but it is not as good as the native iTunes App for podcasts.

Has anyone who has an iPod Touch or iPhone had this issue? If so, have you fixed it?

Just listened to Monday's podcast. During the 16th segment and when the guys where talking to the kid who threw the football at Zane, Zane called the kid an A**hole and the show didn't dump it. Then a few minutes later Free Beer mentioned he almost had to dump something else Zane said. How did they get away with this? I didn't think A-hole could be said on the radio, and they never give the unedited feed on the podcast.
