AFD - First off bro - I hope all is well with you. I can't imagine what's happening on your home front right now. Second - I think this is a way for people to distract themselves. I thought about having this thread locked up but I saw that people are using it to distract themselves. If we continue to cry, we won't remember how to laugh anymore. I for one have become overloaded with news reports and footage and information and everything else. The more I think about the worse I feel. If people want to continue with his game, so be it. Sorry If I came off sounding harsh,just that I've seen some around here(and by "here" I mean my local area) already moving on like nothing happened, which is scary that some people could be so callous just because their families were not personally affected. As for being "proud" of me. I know TFEC would agree, those of us in the service have always known a day like this might come, and we're ready to do what needs to be done. The people you should be proud of is all the cops/firefighters/EMTs who responded, especially those who ran towards the building as everyone else ran away. They are the ones who deserve the respect. Human nature is to run away from things like that, but they ran forward into an unknown and very dangerous situation. That's enough outta me....I'll do my best to keep in touch. -------------------------- | ||||
