O&A Board Veteran Registered: Feb. 01	Cowbell Bill asked me to help out with this, not much time I know. Sorry, but your help is important. "The Little animal Shelter is having a benefit at a Bar called rockafellas 631 754 1010 From 2:00 until whenever. Its on the corner of Larkfield Rd. and Pulasky Rd. in Eastnorthport Long Island. They are having a band and a free buffett from 4:00 to 8:00. $10.00 donation at the door. Joe and I will be there and probably end up jamming. There a non profit, non kill organization. To give you an example places like North shore animal leage went to a crack house where 5 dogs were starving in the back yard 3 were very sick they took the 2 good ones and left the others to die. The Little Shelter went and got them. Nursed them back to health and got them good homes. North shore sold there's. They survive on contributions only and since Sept. 11th contributions have gone elsewere. For the first time in 75 years they are going under. They really need help. There address is Little Shelter 33 Warner Rd. Huntington N.Y 11743 Or they have a web page www.littleshelter.com. Write on the envelope OA.com so they know where it came from."
