Thats out of a good 50 I can think of that I'm friends (to varying levels) with and want to bang.And of the handful I can remember being friends with but not wanting to band, I regret a couple because I realize, looking back, that they were hitting on me. Oh well. So to all the girls out there, its true what they say. By my rough estimate, its a 2% chance that he doesnt want you, based on my own empirical conclusions.
