| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Oct. 00  | As Kingpin noted in his "Newbies and lurkers" thread, during the show there are (at best) 60 people logged on the board. He also noted that this is due to the frequent "Dilloning" by the veterans and others who survived their own life as a newbie. In a nutshell, fear is why the poster level is down. Newbies are afraid to post since it is almost certain that they will be ripped a new a-hole. But why do we dillon?
All in all you have to put yourself in the shoes of a newbie.
Sure there are some exceptions when someone's stupidity is so transparent that you can almost smell it. Most of the time people come here to talk about "Opie and Anthony." It seems like now a days there's hardly ever a actual question or comment about Opie and Anthony. While you do (quoting Froy) have to think before you write, not every post has to be a work of art. ------------------------  See My Sig Pics! They say it's impossible to make a point on this board cause people just drop bombs on you. But I ain't complaining I've seen it much worse. Atleast people are making an effort to be civil. You can't expect a change overnight. Just my opinion on the matter. :) Beer is good! | ||||
