November 18, 2001 -- Greaseman wins D.C. award Despite not currently being carried by a D.C. station, The Greaseman won a Washington Achievement In Radio (AIR) Award for "best morning drive show" last week. He tied with WIHT's morning team of Mark Kaye and Kris Gamble. Congrats, Grease! Now if only he would get back on a station in D.C.! | ||||

| Hanger-On Registered: Dec. 01 | I listened to Greaseman when he was on K Rock. he is funny the first time through his stories, then he starts to start recycling and it gets old really fast. The cool thing about the Greaseman is that he is like Dice or Ferrall, you know that he will self destruct. You gotta love radio suicide. Bottom line, if i had a gun to my head, i would much rather listen to Greaseman than Don and Mike. | ||||
