Hanger-On Registered: Sep. 00	If you live in NY, especially NYC, alot of the things he mentions will not work. I've heard every excuse and been to traffic court hundreds of times, and most of that doesn't work. Pissing your pants? Yeah, that's a good reason to maybe kill someone. Ticket! You're sick, or someone in your car is very sick? I'll call an ambulance...while I write the ticket. Unlike rural areas, if you're speeding in NYC, chances are you're also weaving in and out of lanes, etc..., to get around traffic.
