HHH did a good job on the show today, and I would like to hear him on the show again. But I doubt he will unless there's another Major thing happening in the WWF (like wrestlemania) to plug.

No mention of the end of the O+A drought concerning getting main event WWF stars on the show ? Vince finally does the right thing.

Triple H was a really good guest, but the Tazz appearance was better.

HHH was great on the show & he seems to be a new friend to the show. I think he could come back in MAY when RAW returns to Nassau.

Actually for those who don't remember HHH was
supposed to be on the O and A show about a year
and a half ago until OPIE said Chyna had a shween
and he canceled on them. I guess since he broke
up with her and Vince really wanted to get on O
and A 's good side again HHH went on the show and
killed. The same thing also happend in the past
with Ana Kornikova... She was supposed to be on
the show until her people heared Opie saying that
he wanted to slam her in the studio

HHH was a good guest but I wouldn't call him a friend of the show. Wasn't Bubba Ray Duddley supposed to be on? O&A said that he was sick and had to cancel. But on friday night I was flipping the radio dial and I heard A live concert with Cane and Crazy Cabbie. HHH was there on stage as was Stephanie and BOTH of the Dudley boys. If Bubba Ray was too sick for O&A how come he was better for those two pricks. I know that the Dudley Boys had to fill their WWF obligations. Oh, forget what I just said. I am being paranoid again.

Triple H is a much bigger superstar than Bubba Ray Dudley. This was probably a gift from Vince to smooth things over.

Also Triple H was supposed to be at the WWF restaurant for kane and the queer's show starting at 6. I believe he was on O&A from 6 to 7. So that would mean he got to their show late. Why are people starting trouble again when there is none. The WWF promoted that HHH, Stephanie and the Dudleys were all going to be at WWF as guests of K Rock. They promoted it on Raw. HHH also said he was a big fan of O&A's from Boston.

This froma HHH fan site about his appearance on the show

quote:

Report: Triple H on the Opie & Anthony Radio Show

3/23/01

The following is just a brief recap of Triple H's appearance on the show:

Hunter said that he really enjoyed working with Stephanie and that they would continue the storyline for as long as they possibly could. He also mentioned that Vince Russo was the original creator of the Stephanie/Test marriage storyline, and due to his leaving the company, the actual "wedding" was postponed.

Triple H said he didn't know if Shawn Michaels would be able to return to the ring due to his back injury, yet he did seem mentally prepared. However, he said physically, he didn't know if he'd be able to do it.

Hunter was quoted saying he didn't know much about the WWF buying WCW because it just happened. He did say that they did have some guys who suck, but others that just don't care because World Championship Wrestling treated them so poorly. He touched on Goldberg, and it seemed as if he would be ready to take him in a match anyday.

Talked about Joanie aka Chyna, saying that they no longer were involved in a relationship.

Hunter continued on by saying that he hadn't been in contact with Road Dogg, because apparently he moved and hadn't given him his numbers. He did say that he heard through others that Road Dogg had other problems at home, not just drugs.

They talked about Wrestlemania, and Hunter said he is looking forward to stealing the show. They laughed about the Shane/Vince match, and Triple H mentioned that Shane is crazy and likes to throw himself through furniture and things like that.

On a very humorous and concluding note, Hunter just happened to be at the station the day they were holding the "best ass" contest. Apparently, the Game not only persuaded girls to drop their pants and kiss eachother, but had a few across his lap!

Triple H, a new friend of the show? I don't know about that, but he is an O&A fan, so that's a plus.
Taz is still the best WWF guest on the show. His talk about meeting dice was hysterical, and Opie just couldn't outsmart him.

I thought the HHH thing was totally lame. I turned it off while he was on. I know the guys can't entertain everyone 100% of the time, but I just think the WWF thing is so old, tired, and played.

O/A entertain me 99% of the time, but when anything involving wrestling comes on, my attention span deteriorates exponentially.

i don't like wrestling either, but they didn't talk about it too much when HHH was on. they talked about the ass contest, got a couple of girls on the lesbian couch, and HHH even smacked the shit out of some girl's ass.

I think that for wrestling fans, it was cool, cause you get to see a new side of people, like trips, and Taz and even the Dudleys when they were there. I do like it quite a bit, just never get the pussy rock back on again.
