(2/27/2001) Let the Controversy Begin. Greaseman to Launch a Comeback. Set to Air on 4 Stations Starting March 5. DC, Binghamton, Baltimore and Portland all on Board. He's been away from the airwaves for two years, ever since his racially charged remarks aimed at artist Lauryn Hill. The Greasman, Doug Tracht, will attempt a comeback that is sure to be met with some controversy from the African American community. Three of the four stations planned for the comeback are unidentified. The Binghamton, NY station has been identified as WDCW-FM owned by George Harris. | ||||
