If we didn't have the NRA taking Senators and Congressman out to $500 dinners the gun problem would be solved. I'll never understand how people could be opposed to such a simple thing as making trigger locks mandatory. I'm not saying outlaw firearms altogether, but tougher policing of not only the criminals, but of the manufacturers and sellers is needed as well. The problem is that so called "special interests" groups seem to have endless resources to assure that they get whats bests for them, and not what is best for the people. I'm not a liberal, but at the same time I don't think anyone needs an automatic weapon, let alone more than one. By the way, wasn't there a controversy a few years back that Nugent didn't even play guitar?  I showed my stuff and I graduated. All mentoring courtesy of canweseeyourstuff. He would be a perfect guest for teen week considering he likes marrying young girls. Yes, I agree, His views are a bit skewed on gun control and his non music following is right out of the movie "Deliverance". Nugent's shameless self promotion is second only to that old fossil Imus.
