Dammit people, buy a mac! A shitty mac is better then a top of the line PC.. [/rant] Anyway - mirroring is done all the time - my server would check his server to make sure it was an exact replica. if he had something new, mine would update...thus leveling out the load on the server. if you want to get real tricky you can use a dynamic DNS server that would make the two servers unnoticable to the end user. but since I'm soooooo stupid i don't think i know how to do it. I AM someting of a computer nerd and I have a cable modem, but even I know I couldn't do 1/10th the job mulligan does on the FTP. Of course, he's ably helped by all the uploaders, but it's a tough, tough job managing it. To all the miscreants who sit at there computers and bitch and whine, start your own.
