Howie is more famous, more accomplished, makes more money, and is consistently better than anybody in the history of the genre. Think of the countless times you had somewhere to go, but sat in your car until the commercial break because Howie had you riveted. Stern has spawned legions of imitators. Everybody doing Shock Radio today owes a debt of thanks to Howard Stern. His epic battles with the FCC made it all possible. Any shock jock who does not recognize that fact is ignorant and stupid. I remember when Anthony used to call the Stern show and audition his voices on the air. Opie and Anthony are talented but it will take many years to achieve the legendary stature of Howard Stern. Nuff said. | ||||

But now, NOW, IN THE PRESENT, the man's act is tired..it's old.....we are used to it all, he can't do anything to shock and amaze us, or whats more, he wont. He's too comfortable to do anything dangerous anymore. He hasn't changed since i was 12. Howard cried that he invented everything, he did this, he did that, all he did was open a door, it's the people who stepped through that are the innovaters of today. O&A are THE innovators of modern talk radio. Howard could be, but he chooses not to, he chooses to lay back on his past accomplishments, and thats fine, but he's been passed up, and it's too late for him to get back into the race  Good Weed | ||||
