| Hanger-On Registered: Jul. 01  | Listen, I agree that O&A are on the rise and D&M have pasted their prime, but they have been on the air for 15 years and should receive some credit for that. Their show is not laugh out loud funny like O&A, but they do put out a show everyday that makes you smile if not chuckle at least, it's a fun show to listen to. Even though O&A are better in most areas, I think Don and Mike deserve some credit for going out there everyday for 15 and putting on the best show they know how. | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | Conan, D&M are funny for a total of 5 minutes every day - thats 5 minutes out of 4 hours. When they came to 'NEW, I gave them 2 weeks to impress me. Yeah, there was the occassional chuckle, but aside from that, boring. Its a very planned show - talk about something that happened, call D's wife, go on about it some more, take a few calls, make hick callers look stupid, etc. For the most part, they may be big in DC - but not here. I know they like to cry that their ratings are low due to being "tape delayed", but the bottom line is if their show was really worth listening to, it wouldn't matter when it was on. Look at R&F - they were on late nights. How many of us stayed up late on more than one occassion to listen to them? Or at least tried to tape the show in some form? These guys just don't have the amount of "funny" it takes to really catch on here in NY, its that simple. Classes for Enhancing your Board Experience and Stamina are now in Session!
