After 15 months of working at my job, without a raise or any kind of benefits to speak of my boss has decided that he can no longer afford my salary, so as of Friday of this week, I am Unemployed. At least I got 3 whole days notice. So, in the spirit of FU...........Fuck You, Fuck your Bitch Wife, Fuck your Company and most of all I hope you die.

That feels much better.

EDIT: Oh, and since I have been paid as a consultant instead of an Employee, the great State of New Jersey says, Fuck you, you were not employed this year so you cannot collect UnEmployment, So on a side note

Well, now I guess I'm happy to be working, but

FU to my boss who had to "brave" her illness today and come into the office. Now she's hacking up a fucking lung and is gonna get everyone else sick. FU! Stay the fuck home!

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you are entitled to 2 weeks severance pay... regardless. Or, if you were consulting for a particular project that was to go on for a predetermined amount of time, you may be entitled to a "kill" fee. Just a suggestion.

Look at it this way.Now you can find a GOOD job that pays more and that will give you benefits.If you were working full time i think not having benefits for 15 months is illegal .
