| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00  | Ok, I was hangin out in the courtyard of my dorm just now with a bunch of people shootin the shit. Suddenly the hottest chick I've ever seen walk by with a typical jockish frat guy. I was like, ok, they are going out, thats cool. Not like I would have a shot with her anyway. Well, suddenly his frat buddies walk by and she is all over them as well. They are all cool having a casual conversation while grabbin this chick's ass and making moves on her and she is all into it. What pissed me off is this incredibly hot girl is all into these guys just cuz they're in a frat and meanwhile, me and my equally bitter friend are left to watch this phenomenon. I've been to several frat parties and have enjoyed them, but it just bothers me that the frats at my college are equivalent to jocks in high school. I thought in college, girls would look for maturity and personality and guys and not just try to be with the "in" crowd. I am also friends with several people in frats so they are not all bad. I just had to vent because it occured to me tonight that the cliqueness in college is no different than in high school and it pissed me off. | ||||

But the other types of girls and people in fact do exist, they're just not hanging out at frat parties! There's plenty of fun to be had w/o Greeks. Probably more, in fact. I'd suggest avoiding the scene altogether- I went to my last frat party early in my sophomore year, and didn't miss a thing! A proven fact from a Sigma Pi Brother. I remember seeing the same chicks go from room to room, and in like 1 month, she had slept with most of the damn Fraternity. I had a major thing against fraternities when I first got to school, but after talking to some of the brothers, I decided to pledge. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Jul. 00 | I was in a Fraternity in College and never got laid because of it. Actually being in a Frat doesn't guarantee getting hot girls. The thing is that generally guys that join fraternities are more confident and more sociable, hence girls like them. | ||||

WHo spent hours and hours on end playing either 3 man or drunk driver. We used to play simpsons and shots, after the simpsons, we used to get loaded playing games. I played football so I didnt pledge till the 2nd half of my freshman year, but it was the best time of my life and I wouldnt trade it in for anything. quote: Dude what are you Kevin Bacon, that really doesnt happen that way.
