| Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 70  | I call Hewlitt Packard tech support tonigh cause my cpu won't turn on. Not only am I on hold for 45 minutes but then I get abdul the towel head who speaks english like old people fuck, slow and sloppy. He asked me how to spell my name, ok. But when he asked me how to spell brooklyn and then street I lost it. How do you not know how to spell "street"? Then he starts spelling out a URL for me and makes me repeat it 15 times till he finally says "correct" I said, that's what i siad the 1st 14 times you fucking towel head. He said no need to be so nasty. I asked if he would be fixing my comp, he said no. So i kindly said I hoped his wife gets raped by a aids victim with a 16 inch schlong and hung up. I hope i get that repair package now though. I ask them why I can't get on MSN messenger, they say "it for security reasons". Fuck that! My mom uses MSN, I just can't use AIM bitch! Any gonz, some one who doesn't know how to spell brooklyn, should not live in this country. No, no they shouldn't live at all due to their stupidity.

Computer companies loved to make it the scapegoat because it dealt with many functions deep within the OS. So of course, no matter what the real problem was, they would find that NU was installed and stop their support. They'd say it was our fault and rush the person off the phone. I can't even remember how many times I spent 2 hours on the phone with a customer, checking all sorts of things just to PROVE to them that something else was wrong. Usually it was what the customer suspected was wrong in the first place. And of course, with the real winners, you had to drag information out of them until you found out what program they just happened to install a few hours ago, that they thought would NEVER cause a problem.
