| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | FukMeBoobs, i had surgery on my back two years ago. my spine was curved so they had to correct the curvature by putting two(TWO!!!) metal rods running parallel to my spine. i too was in a ton of pain, but it was well worth it because now i can't even tell that i had my operation. stay strong because even though the pain is really bad for a while, once its gone, you'll never know you had an operation. and keep taking those pain killers. | Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 70 | I can feel your pain, i had back surgery after years of torture. I was a piano mover for many years as well as hs football and i still have massive back pain. I am actually suffering right now for the past 2 weeks i can not get any sleep. | Psychopath Registered: Feb. 01 | White shorts...oh yes those pain killers have been a godsend GS....I'm sorry that the surgery hasn't helped you out and that you're experiencing pain as we speak...what are your options now? As far as how the back pain started for you...for me...I didn't injure myself..NOTHING!! Docs said a sneeze could have herniated a disk in my back....now that's totally PONDEROUS! | ||||
