| Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 02  | How many of you been pulled over by the NJSP and were told you were paced doing an excessive speed? Well, F the NJSP, cause they are F'n lying bastards.!! I was stopped on 295 over a year ago from an officer who supposedly 'paced' me, when she was parked on the f'n side of the highway. She wrote everything out wrong on the ticket. Speed zone, year of vehicle, license plate #, and how many people were in the car,and 80 in a 65 (when its a 55 mph zone). She had the balls to lie to me during the traffic stop by saying "I've never seen anyone going that fast before" and " That wasn't me parked on the side of the road" All this shit was taped on her own police video camera.. The court system is a joke too.. They wouldn't let me have the video tape because it was irrelevant.. WHAT THE FUCK? Its only irrelevant because it shows she's an F'n lying cop. And even thought the cop couldn't explain how she got behind me and paced me for over a mile, and she lied about what she said during pullover, and the ticket was completely wrong, I was found guilty of doing 80 in a 55 (even though the ticket was for 80 in 65) The cops in this state commit perjury on a daily basis and get away with it. This cop lied thru her filthy teeth, and I hope her superiors fire her (not bloody likely since they take care of their own)... Pacing is a fucking joke. A cop can pull any one of us over and say they paced us speeding, even if you weren't, and you are guilty no matter what... Guess this is the new way to pull people over and not consider it profiling... F U NJSP for employing such lowlife scum..... | ||||

When they're out to get ppl for speeding they sit on the shoulder and run radar. If you get ticketed for speeding and cop says he/she "paced" you it's because "failure to keep right" is a lesser fine. Long Live the "Syndication Underground" | ||||

Yeah, a year to get to court, because the almighty police force can't get their shit together when they run into someone who actually fights a ticket.. Then they don't know their ass from a whole in the wall.. And barf, sounds like with that comment you don't mind taking it up the ass.... She wasn't parked on the side of the road clocking people, she was parked on the side of the road writing someone else a fucking ticket... RonRon, I did appeal. And I appealed with lawyer.. But the lawyer shows up to court 3 hours fucking late and doesn't bother to bring any files with my punk ass name on it. Thats where all that upfront fee for a lawyer went, to his professionalism.... He wasn't worth the shit that comes out of my cat.... | ||||

If you'd had no prior offenses, you could have just had it knocked down to 69 in a 55, a 2-point ticket as opposed to 4. And contrary to your own obvious belief, cops DO NOT leave one traffic stop to go catch someone else.... not unless you (being the someone else) are going a SICK speed over the limit... dangerous, like 100+. So either that traffic stop was over and the cop was pulling away, or you're full of shit. When the cop pulls up REALLY close behind you, move over and slow down. I had my 2 little kids, their 2 friends, and wifey in our new minivan. The reason the copper pulled us over is because she didn't see a license plate, we had a temp tag in the window (which you can't see at 12 midnight) So, I'll explain this story a little more in detail.. The copper was finishing up a previous ticket when I drove by her, got that part?? Then 3 miles down the fucking road she pulls me over. Then She says she paced me by following me over a mile , starting at the MILE MARKER OF HER PREVIOUS STOP.. YOU ALL GET IT NOW.. IMPOSSIBLE RIGHT????? What she fucking did was do 80+ down the highway herself and when she was passing me (since I was in center lane) she didn't see any tag, pulled over behind me and threw her lights on.. THEN SHE MADE UP THE WHOLE FUCKING STORY ABOUT WHY SHE PULLED ME OVER.... I''ll make this simple for most of you. If you are parked on the side of the road, and a car goes by you doing 80, and you waited 10 seconds to pull out, how long and what speed would you have to do to get behind that car?? CAN YOU DO IT IN LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE??? hell fuckin no... But the judge in this case says, and I quote " police have these fancy cars with the flashing lights that go pretty fast" Justice, I tell you, justice........ | ||||
