Sure the lot is at a diagnola and the lines are diaognal but that's why you have the thrree lines showing where your car would be. You follow that. You don't go over the side lines, you don't go over the "front" lines. The person with the right to park in front of you does the same. They have a right, they have the lines. So what the fuck right does the Green Dodge WHO HAS NO LINES has to park right behind me. You don't have the lines yet you still park there. And the person is black. I'm not racist but when you have bumperstickers with "No Justice No Peace" and a quote from the Koran this person is black. I actually called the police to come see the car, I'm not a whiny tattletale but you know sometimes you need to show people that you won't take shit. the police never came. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Jul. 00 | At my old Apt (one block from the Pool Tornament Location, for those of you keeping score at home), I used to get double parked in all the time. One time, I went to go to work in the morning and someone had double- parked me in (apparantly overnight because it was 5:45 in the morning) so I ended up going over the curb and driving down the sidewalk for half a block. The same thing happened another time and I couldn't get on the sidewalk, so I called the cops and watched in glee as they towed the guy's car... There's actually an ordinance in Hoboken that you can't honk your horn to try to get people to come out and move their car...
