O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01	Okay, since I just got my first request to come back, I guess it's time for the voting to begin. The way I understood it in chat was we would all vote and majority wins. If I'm mistaken, please feel free to correct me. I guess as you all get requests you post them here. Okay, first up we have PsychoBitch. I still don't know why she was banned in the first place, but I guess that doesn't matter now. Bottom line is she has never bothered me or given me any trouble. I have absolutely no problem letting her back as long as she doesn't pull whatever shit she did to get banned in the first place. Remember people, everyone treated equally. O&A Board Veteran Registered: Feb. 01	If there is an overwhelming majority, that's fine, but if we have very close cases, I will reserve final judgment. I have a feeling these won't all be so clear cut as people expect. I for one have no problem bringing PB back. Though I loathe her as an individual, I see no reason why she shouldn't be given another chance. Now that we know what to look for and expect, we won't have a hard time getting rid of her if she starts up with her same old act anyway. I believe in the Faith... that can save me. That pursuit is what took America from the revolution to the computer age in 200 years. But the progress has come at a price. So we destroy our bodies in the search of an ideal. Try to salvage relationships that don't work. We feel we must do something, instead of doing something that we feel. It is the prison of self-imposed momentum, and the sad part is that we get used to it. It reminds me of a song I heard the other day. It's called "The Going Nowhere Fast." But the people I have met here have shown me another side of Nowhere. They've pointed out the beautiful irony that stagnation makes it easy to stop and smell the roses, if we just let it. What would we be if we had nothing to rebel against? Well we could finally be ourselves, the first group of people who stopped looking for the answers long enough to appreciate the questions. And all we have to do is to make our own Declaration of Independence. We can embrace the right to life and liberty by simply realizing that happiness exists -- not to pursue, but to accept. After that the only challenge would be to make sure with the rest of our lives that we weren't just another fad. I don't know, it's an idea. What do you think?

Don't forget, Tenbatsuzen also wanted back in. I think he'll be even less of a problem.... he was one of the first real enemies and since then we've seen much MUCH worse.... hell what he did wasn't that bad. O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01	Something I forgot to bring up last night. I hate when that happens. I know we want all the mods to take part in voting here. That's only fair. My question though is how long do we give everyone to get their vote in. We can't make these banned members wait forever. I say maybe a week after the name is up. What do you all think? Also, I noticed something last night. The member YellowDiscipline was automatically unbanned and is posting again. Now, I don't have any problem with him/her and is another one I have no clue why they were banned, but I thought we were supposed to voted on ALL banned members. What if this person goes and starts blabbing that they were automatically let back and a banned member catches wind of this? I am not making a personal attack on anybodies voting, but how quickly we forget. Does anybody remember all of us pointing figures at each other on who the leak was for BTS? Which really cause the conversation level to plummet in BTS. Guess not. Does anybody remember all the arguing around her and the drama she caused the board? Guess not. As for KFC, like I said last night, I don't mind him returning, so long as he will copy me a bootleg of one of the year 2000 Asbury Park benefit shows. LOL. However, even though I was not a subject to the apparent rumor-mongering (IE: She never told me anything) I trust my fellow mods about her actions, as such, I agree that even if she is let back, she SHOULD still have to post an apology per Sean's stipulations. Flock, as far as Yellow Discipline is concerned, I beleive he was banned by Anthony for reasons similar to why Gonzo and OAWite were deleted. No! I am NOT a Goth Dude!! Voting should be for 2 days so everyone definetly sees it. If you wanna put and explanation as to why you voted the way you did then that is ok. But not everyone wants to read it, like no one relly reads any of my long winded rants.... yeah like this one, lol. So at the bottom just put, what you vote so we can all see where you stant. How many votes will a person need to get back on? 50%, 80%, a 100%? But all in all. For PB my vote is a stern No Because first of she has her own site and she is on RF.net so she is content. We can not let what happened before, happen again. That is the rumoUr and drama mill. She is a major player and will continue her shit, so i vote a hell no.
