O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00	Remember guys, BANNING gives them the cookie. TEMP BAN does not. If it's a retard O&A basher, BAN THEM. Don't temp ban. If you temp ban them, they can make a new name. O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00	Remember - the cookie is in no way related to the IP, it's stored on their computer.
