Not sure if it was Cleo, but someone put a $60. charge on my parents' phone bill a couple of years ago, claiming they called in. After a little bit of complaining to the phone company, the charges were taken off, but jeez!

Can't these fucking people work for living, instead of exist as parasites, sucking money off poor souls who believe anything they see on T.V.?
