Lets face it. From what we're hearing and what O&A and Stern have been pushing for, is war with virtually the entire Middle East might be necessary.

Guys. These people over there almost positively have some NUKES!. NUCLEAR BOMBS MOTHER FUCKERS!!!. The have germ warefare and chemical warfare capability!.

Dont you guys remember anything about those cold war movies in the 80s. i.e. The Day After, etc.

The carnage, burnt flesh, vomiting. Widespread destruction. Millions killed. Cities contaminated with radiation. Water undrinkable for years. Millions more dying slow, painful deaths.

Lets not be mistaken. We are talking WWIII here but worse. The worse is because the majority of us will still be alive to deal with the aftermath. At least with the Russians, we knew we'd all be dead!

Yes, we should be talking tough. And we should follow through with what we say. But make no mistakes about it... war with the Middle East will be long, drawn out, and not conventional.
We will all suffer much much greater losses.

I am scared that we might now exterminate all of them, and they will pop up again in 5 years like the cockroaches that they are.

Most people aren't thinking about the things you brought up. however, if we drop a nuke on them, they will not fight back, or even have a chance to fight back. We can destroy all of them with one bomb if we wanted to. In my opinion, this is the only way to go. We can't go over with guns and tanks and fight them this way and still be safe here.
yea true they can NEVER get a nuclear bomb anywhere near our country. If would be blown to shit before it even left their country. But why wait. Fuck em. they should be burning and inhaling radiation and fallout as we speak. We should just wipe them from existance, all of them! Find their leaders, bring them here. I want to take their fuckin towels off and whip them with them, taking little pieces of skin off each time we whip them. Do this until there is nothing left but a pile of skin that is shredded and on the floor. fuck em

...And still these thoughts ring true, to your own self be true and be careful what you learn cause sometimes knowing burns.

The scary thing to me is we're not up against a traditional enemy. These aren't uniformed members of a country's army. These are indivduals who have the means to pull something like this off by using Our own materials to atack our civillians. The world trade center with the posibility of 50,000 people there probably ad more people there at the time then most of the cities the middle east. Sorry if I'm rambing because I'm a little upset.

Casualties from the Vietnam WAR…
Army 38,179
Marines 14,836
Navy 2,556
Air Force 2,580

Look how many people we lost in the Vietnam War, and granted these men understood that in being part of the military you might lose your life. Our fellow Americans, and family that lost their lives on Sept 11, 2001 were just going to work. No, I think that we need to send a clear message that we will no tolerate this, and there will be repercussions to anyone that attacks freedom. Our forefathers fought to give us this land, and our freedom. I for one would be honored to serve my country again, and ensure that my children will continue to have that freedom that we to often take for granted.

The fact that a plane was able to enter Pentagon airspace alone scares me.

I've lost some confidence in the ability of my country to protect me.

I hope I get it back soon.

I'm angry and scared. I'm angry that this happend, I'm angry that we haven't reacted yet, I'm angry that so many people had to die to realize that this shit is important. I'm scared for the same reasons.

What scares me the most, however, is the ignorance and stupidity of our fellow Americans.

I am much more angry than I am scared. I can only hope that we hit them so hard that they can't fight back.

No I am not scared. I am in a blast zone. If we do get bombed I want to die. I am 16 now I do not want to have to deal with it. I will defnatly kill my self if I had radiation problems. I am not scared. If I can lie about my age and become service member I will. I am willing to die for my country.

Weinie, I can't say I agree with you. You're talking as if it would be the US solely at war with those animals. That's not the case! This act has caused WORLDWIDE outrage from all CIVILIZED countries, not ones with those cockroaches (props SmashNGrab) running around in them. The bad part is that you can't just nuke them and get it over with because of the fact that there are allies of ours that are neighbors to them and nukeing those pricks would affect them. Our country alone could wipe those desert roaming assholes out in no time. Anyone remember Desert Storm? Saddams troops surrendering en-masse to our troops. Consider that as well as how many other countries behind us! We need to bide our time for just a bit, to find out EVERYONE involved in this and then WIPE THEM OUT!!!!!

Scared? Yes, I am. I am scared at the fact that I myself like the rest of us fellow americans are vulnerable, and noone is safe.
BUT...
I am also pissed at the fact that we were attacked in our own backyard, bombed, lost innocent lives, and knowing this fuels my anger even more.
For once, We're gonna do something about it.

The U.S. government already knows who is responsible, and they are now preparing their military plans. They also plan to call up about 30,000 reservists. And congress is planning to develop some type of resolution or declaration of war on these monsters.

yes weinie, i am not afraid to admit i am scared, i am very scared, and yet i know this is what these people want. this is one of the top things the terorrists thrive on.. other peoples fear. every single one of us has every right to be scared.i fear for what the future really holds for my 2 y/o son, when he starts school the only thing he will be able to see are pictures of two buildings that were truely a symble of America. and i wonder when and if he will ever ask me what happend to them and why. i am afraid of him growing up in a world of such hate and violence that this becomes a common occerance such as it already is in other countries to our west. i am afraid i am very afraid. i must add this. though i do belive retaliation should come and come with a force that the US has not exacted before, we have got to be careful, these people are liveing amoung us they are right here in the United States, they train here, then wait for the word from another coward to carry out the deads that will be killing not only themselves but true and honest AMERICANS.if we go off bombin other countries what will stop these people from commiting more acts of violence right here. these people work beside you and me. Bin Ladin could very well be in this country and we may not even know it. along with the other hundreds maybe thousands of civilians that simply lost thier lives just because they went to work on tuesday, i lost maybe hundreds of my brothers and sisters from FDNY, i am even going to expand that to the NYPD and every emregency responder that simply went to work to do thier job of trying to save the lives and property that were attacked that morning. i have been through a full range of emotion as i am sure every one of you have, i know the time will come when i cannot hold back my tears any longer. i want that to happen that is part of the grieving process. for some reason i just cannot get that far yet. i am positive that alot of you know someone that may have lost thier lives as well, i do not. but as americans these peole were in fact OUR brothers and sisters as well. one of the most touching things i have seen is the people working side by side be it on the front lines of the rescue effort to the peopel working miles away. we as a mericans can work together with out the racial lines that are so often drawn. as i watched the news today i saw the story of the gentalman that was on his way to make a delivery of a truck load of supplies and on his way there he was punched in the face because he is of aribic decent. please people this is wrong we as americans cannot do this.this man did nothing wrong but was born out of this country and was simply showing his gratitude and support of the task at hand.
i ask each and every one of you to please try not to take your anger out on the wrong people, the man you strike in anger may very well be in just as much pain as you are, that person may very well have lost a loved one simply because he or she went to work on tuesday.
i appologize for being long winded here i do have so much more to add but i think i have taken enough of yoru time for now. i will close with one final request.
that is to pray for the victems, the families, the rescuers as well as President Bush, some may not like his way of doing things but this man truely holds our lives on his shoulders and his decision will surely effect each and every one of us. also pray for this great country we live in. stand strong because no matter what race or religion we are, one thing we all are is we are AMERICANS.
God Bless America, My Home Sweet Home

There is reason to be scared, terrorists are roaming our streets as we chat, and have been for years. It is only now that we are aware of them. If the american public wants resolution, they must realize what may happen on the home front before this is through. We will take them out, but (not to scare anyone) the terrorism may not be over. It is the price to pay before we are free of them bastards. More lives will be lost, but that is a sacrifice we must make.

I can’t help but believe that if our ancestors read these words of fear they would retch.

The founding fathers of this country believed that freedom was something worth fighting AND DYING for. They were safe as a colony of England. They could have lived long lives under the yolk of England. But they believed there could be more.

They created the greatest nation on Earth. Almost every generation of American’s since has been prepared to defend this belief. American’s fought in 1812, fought a terrible civil war in which freedom again was a key point, and joined World Wars in far away lands because it was the right thing to do.

These Americans fought WHEN THEY DID NOT HAVE TO, they fought WHEN IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO, they died BELIEVING THEY WERE CREATING A BETTER SAFER PLACE FOR THEIR CHILDREN AND THEIR CHILDREN’S CHILDREN.

I can’t help but think they would be disappointed to hear us talking of fear, of fear of striking back to protect ourselves. To protect a way of life they died to create.

Ken, let me define my fear a little more, as well as possibly others.
i am not afraid of us protecting our freedom that our forefathers faught and died to gain. i am afraid of what is next, does anyone know what is comming next from these cowards? the thousands that are missing did not die for thier country, they died because they simply went to work on tuesday there is a very big difference as far as i am concerned. they were made casualties of war and they had no idea they were in a war. these were innocent people from all nationalities and all races and all religions. thes people responsible for this act will be taken care of. and if our country needs me to do this, i have no fear to protect the future of my son. i do have fear of the unknown just as every other peron in this world does in some way shape or form every one has fear over this.

I feel fear for several reasons.
First, my home town of new york is a primary target as much as is our nation as a whole.
Two, we face a invisable enemy that can be anywhere- even in the house next door.
Three, all historical predictions of the future (whether from the ancient egyptians to the myans, incans, native americans and others) all point to NOW, this time in history as the begining of the end. WWIII is brewing.
Four, I have a fear that no matter what we do it might not be enough to sole the problem of this new enemy.
They are like a hydra: chop of one arm and two more grow to take it's place.
God bless us all, worldwide, not just here.
