They got a bunch of people together who think they'll make a nice buck by turning out another movie in a horror series that went from classic to awful years ago. No, the real question is why. Why in the FUCK must they make the name "Jason" synonymous with "crappy movie"? | O&A Board Veteran Registered: Sep. 00 | A) I've known about this for years and didn't trust it B) Wasn't this the plot for a MAD TV parody the first episode or at least in the first season? C) Does the fact that they cyborged Jason up, piss anyone else off? D) Taking him out of Crystal Lake- WRONG E) This never was the best series but it was definitely watchable and classic slasher film F) I heard one of the opening deaths is done quite well but after seeing Toxic Avenger 4, no way it can top anything.  | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: May. 01 | part 6 is actually pretty funny for a jason movie, its done real tounge-in-cheek, like in the beginning with the James Bond parody and when he encounters the gung-ho paintballers. this movie will be terrible, at least with the "Halloween" series, Michael Myers never turned into the Terminator or climbed aboard a spaceship a few hundred years in the future. ehh, im definitley looking more forward to Halloween 8.... | ||||
