| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Jan. 01  | Lets say you & your spouse are having a baby. There are complications during the birth & your child dies because the hospital was at fault. Now you sue the hospital & get a nice chunk of change. Would you feel better that the hospital paid throught the nose? The only reason I am asking this is because the topic came up between 2 people I know. A hospital close to where I live had this happen. Ofcourse it wouldn't be proper to publically admit you wouldn't mind a few million in your pocket, but no one would say it. Hell you asked for honesty and I have always been that and yes I would sue and gladly take the money and so would many others. No it won't replace the child but the child is gone anyway, it would be a painful process but we lose family wether young or old, such is life. That's the plain truth.  I'm Deep Inside Your Children.
