It's 30 mph for every 10 feet of rope you have extended. Subtract from that the product of 1/2 X the negro's weight.

1) If you are black and you get pulled over by white cops, ALWAYS cooperate fully. Refusal to do so will result in a beating or being shot and there's not a goddamned thing you can do about it.

2) If you're white and you get into an accident with a negro, it's your lucky day if white cops respond to the scene. Just blame it on how "those people" drive and behave and you should be okay.
