No trial just cops shooting the offender dead in the street. Parking violation - dead, jaywalking - dead, etc... It is why things economic take precendence over human stories these days...because GE/NBC, Westinghouse/CBS, Disney/ABC all want you to BUY BUY BUY! So go forth and purchase like the sheep you are. 3) The leftist intellectuals who decry peace, have intellectualized the terrorist argument so much, they do not understand the basic survival instinct, and our need to protect ourselves. Instead, they have rationlized their own humanity to fall into line with "leftist agenda" and forgotten who and what they are...fallible, fragile human beings. 4) Bill O'Reilly is an egomaniac who only puts shills to argue with b/c his show is not a bout a "spin zone", but just about him being right and looking good. Larry King may kiss ass, but O'Reilly is nothing but a shylock trying to sell a narrow-minded reactionist agenda. 5) Terrorism in the US is payback for years of our gov't training and playing around with other countries. We trained Bin Laden, and he attacks us. The US foriegn policy and operations have created the negative worldview. If we are going to police the world, you better be ready to have thugs come gunning. 6) Israel should have never been given it's own country status until the world sorted out the area, space and politics involved. It was too soon, and has caused much of the problems in the area ever since. We have been dealing with the logistical nightmares ever since, and if this world gets blown to pieces, you can be sure that it started over in this area. 7) We should be taxed at 45%, with no sales or taxes on goods, but only on our income, and all health and education should be included up till grad school. You'd be surpised that it would only be about 10% more than we do now, and the diff is in the end you save cash in the long run. 8) Reagan is the shittiest president we ever had. He rode a recovery, and his economic program sold us short, and was why we had such a rough recession in the 90's. And his staff knew it too, when they proposed it that it would sell us short. He was a reactionary, vapid, but charismatic man who proves style is more than substance in the shallow 80's. 9) Jim Fassel, coach of the Giants, should have been fired years ago. His coaching is sporadic, and his team is stifled by his own indecision. This team will never win a super bowl or acheive consistency as long as he's in charge. Their rise last year was a fluke based on great matchups and weak scheduling, and a Viking implosion. 10) There should be 4 day work weeks, and retirement should kick in at 55. But as long as corporations dictate policy, it will enver happen. 11) Lobbyists should be dismantled, there should be limits on campaign financing, and all election TV time should be free, and can not be floated by the candidate more than 1 million dollars, even if his own funds. All voting is thru tax ID's thru the Internal Revenue data, and can be done online, by phone or via paper...just like taxes. Vote results are kept as a live running tabulation, based on data received.  Here's a tip that will save you alot of grief and time... Don't believe in and depend on anyone but yourself. | ||||
