I expect another Anthony rant about divorce today dealing with the Queen of all twats and cunts (no offense ladies of the board. Not talking about any of you), Donna Hanover. Her and Rudy were separated, but now she wants to cash in with all of his post Sept 11th fame and future fortune.

For people who do absolutely nothing like those 2 sluts, they deserve nothing. Donna Hanover and Juanita Jordan are 2 moneygrubbing whore prostitutes.

January 9, 2002 --

Donna Hanover is entitled to a chunk of Rudy Giuliani's "celebrity status" - meaning the former mayor's international post-9/11 fame may translate into big bucks for the city's former first lady.

In a decision released yesterday, the judge presiding over their divorce case ruled Hanover isn't entitled to a direct share of her estranged husband's $2.7 million book deal with Talk Miramax, because he made the deal after he filed for divorce.

But Manhattan State Supreme Court Justice Judith Gische said she will take those millions into account when determining the value of Giuliani's celebrity status, a "marital asset" Hanover is entitled to a piece of.

"In order to place a monetary value on [Giuliani's] celebrity status, the court will need to evaluate indicia of enhanced future earning potential," the judge wrote in an eight-page decision.

"The book deal, and possibly other financial opportunities, are certainly such indicia."

According to the decision, Giuliani will get $1 million from Talk Miramax as soon as he signs his contract, and another $1.7 million over the next 18 months, money he plans to spend on a Manhattan apartment.

The book money is only the tip of the iceberg for "America's Mayor" - he's pulling in $100,000 per speech and heading up his own consulting business with Ernst & Young.

While Giuliani's successful war on crime had already made him a national figure, his leadership on and after Sept. 11 has made him an international super-celebrity, a factor one of the city's top divorce lawyers said Gische will likely have to take into account.

"I think the events of Sept. 11 do have a role in evaluating his celebrity status, because it was greatly affected by it," said Adria Hillman, who represented billionaire Ron Perelman in his divorce from Patricia Duff. "I think it will come into play."

Hillman said Hanover could argue his recent fame "flowed from his being mayor, and she was with him when he became mayor and through most of his tenure."

Giuliani, however, could argue he didn't work for that fame - it just happened.

"He could argue this was out of my control and an incredibly unique circumstance," she said, adding he could say that "all of the work I did post-Sept. 11 wasn't work to which she contributed."

In the end, the decision is Gische's - she could have an expert either value Rudy's celebrity from the date he split with Hanover, or from the date the case goes to trial, which is expected to be later this year. She would decide what percentage of the celebrity Hanover is entitled to.

"The case is not close to resolution," she said in her decision.

Gische made her ruling after Hanover's lawyer, Helene Brezinsky, asked to have the book money held in escrow as part of the marital pot, a move the judge denied.

Giuliani lawyer Raoul Felder said he was "gratified" by the decision.

"It is better to win than to lose," he said.

Brezinsky didn't return a call for comment.

I do not agree, and not cuz I'm a chick. If a woman stayed home to take care of the kids, she did something. Juanita had to deal with Michael Jordan's infidelities. She deserves everything he's got. He knew the risks. Nothing can compensate for being cheated on. As for Hanover, I don't care.

If Giuliani were smart, his lawyers would argue that the only reason he was able to rise to the occasion and lead the city through it's darkest hour was because that ball and chain cunt wasn't around to drag him down anymore. Now that she was gone, he was re-energized and able to focus.

And how come Jordan's infidelities were ok with Juanita all these years until now? Could it be because Jordan has passed the peak of his earning potential? Ummmmmmm......money grabbing bitch maybe??

One of the reasons I don't believe in marriage, all those bad conotations that come with the word (and others, i.e. "wife").

Roger, use that word again and you may have to ban yourself. You know there are rules around her about being visiously insulting to others.

If his lawyers were smart, they would also show that she is trying to capitalize on September 11th as a whole. She has a job and has been working for what I would guess is the majority of their marriage, the most she should be entitled to is child support... Stupid cunts ruin shit for everyone....
