She didn't want the guns in the movie anymore so they remastered it so they're carrying walkie-talkies. another change is when the kids are going out trick-or-treating they redid the line from "you're not going out there like terrorists" to something like "your not going out there looking like hippies"  | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Mar. 02 | Going to see ET at some point, just because I want to see what the big who-ha is all about. I didn't think it was a modern masterpiece, so I don't really care if they f with it too much. I heard the Drew Barrymore stuff was BS...it was actually Spielberg's decision. Ever since he did Schindler he's been all wracked with guilt that he made the Nazis in Indiana Jones "funny," so he's determined (I guess) to go back and correct all of his old movies. Maybe Jaws will just eat the bad people in a new re-edit, and at the end jump over some little boy's head (ala: Free Willy). Personally, I blame that over-rated shit head, George Lucas. Blade 2 is actually suppose to be fun! The director is this fucked up foreign guy who did a great spanish vampire film called Cronos, and an even better ghost story movie calle The Devil's Backbone. Blade 2 is just suppose to be balls to the wall "winner eats the loser" kind of shit that will be perfect after seeing ET.  No...I don't care how big your thing is...you still can't touch me there... | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Jan. 02 | I never go see a movie when it first comes out. Because either 1) it ends up being a waste or 2) there's so many people that it ends up being a waste. I always wait until it dies down a bit, except the South Park movie, because, well, it was South Park. And, the stuffy, smelly theater was no match for being stoned and laughing my ass off!
